FAQ
Questions workshops ask.
How does this actually work day to day?
Customers book online through your own branded site: pick a service, pick a time, done. The job lands on your dashboard, you get notified, and the customer gets a confirmation and a reminder text before they come in. You check the dashboard like you'd check a calendar.
How hard is it to get set up?
You don't build anything. We set up your site with your business name, services, hours and branding, connect it to your dashboard, and hand it over ready to use. Nothing to install, and no tech skills needed on your end.
Do I need to replace what I'm already using?
No. Revmark handles the customer side: bookings, reminders and the dashboard. You keep using whatever you already use for job costing, invoicing and parts.
What if a booking turns into more work once I've looked at the car?
Update the job in the dashboard once you've diagnosed it. The scope and price aren't locked to whatever was booked online.
Is my data locked into Revmark if I ever want to leave?
No lock-in. Your business's data sits in its own database, not mixed in with anyone else's, so if you ever walk away, your information goes with you.
How much does it cost?
It depends which plan fits your shop. Book a call and we'll walk you through it, rather than guess at a number that doesn't suit your volume.
Will it look like my business, not a generic template?
Yes. Your name, your services, your branding, your photos. It runs on a shared platform underneath, but nothing your customers see should look off the shelf.
What happens if a customer doesn't show up?
One tap marks it as a no-show. On the Booked and Never Miss plans they automatically get a text to rebook, so you don't have to chase them.
I'm flat out as it is. Do I really need more bookings?
This is less about more customers and more about less admin: fewer phone calls, fewer no-shows, and a proper record of what's booked and what's owed, at the volume you already run.
What support do I get if something goes wrong or I want changes?
You deal with us directly, not a ticket queue. Email ben@revmark.com.au.
